Welcome to Loveblob. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them — they are meant to be clear, not tricky.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding agreement. Loveblob is designed for two consenting people in a relationship.
Loveblob has zero tolerance for unlawful, abusive, harassing, or non-consensual content. You agree not to use the app to harass, threaten, or harm anyone, to share content you do not have the right to share, or to attempt to break the app's security or encryption. If your partner reports abuse or you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access.
You own the content you create. Because it is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot read it and do not claim any rights to it beyond what is needed to store and deliver it between you and your partner.
Loveblob can rewrite or suggest messages at your request. AI output may be imperfect — you are responsible for what you choose to send. AI features are provided "as is."
Loveblob may offer optional paid features in the future. Any paid subscription, pricing, and renewal terms will be presented clearly before you purchase and managed through your app store account.
Loveblob is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content you or your partner create. Because of end-to-end encryption, content lost without a recovery code cannot be restored.
You can stop using Loveblob and delete your account at any time from Profile → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. We will update the date above and notify you of material changes in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
